Job summary

Jotun U.A.E. Ltd. (L.L.C.) in Dubai is seeking a Senior Sales Executive - Infrastructure to promote and sell Performance Coatings by building strong customer relationships and using Jotun sales tools to achieve budgeted sales, gross margin, and profitability.

The role reports to the Customer Group Manager - Infrastructure and is based in Dubai, UAE. The successful candidate will drive sales across assigned accounts and pursue growth opportunities within the MEIA region framework.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in any field.
• Sales experience; paint industry preferable.
• English proficiency required.

Responsibilities

• Support the Infrastructure Customer Group Manager in achieving sales and profitability targets by managing assigned customer accounts and identifying growth opportunities.
• Develop and maintain customer account plans by understanding customer needs, prioritizing initiatives, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
• Monitor projects, deliveries, and accounts, proactively resolving issues and ensuring customer expectations are met and exceeded.
• Promote Jotun’s premium and innovative products, services, and solutions through customer visits, presentations, follow-ups, and project specification activities.
• Monitor customer collections and ensure payments are received within agreed terms, while achieving individual sales and contribution targets.
• Prepare and deliver proposals and presentations to secure new business and grow existing accounts, supporting larger project opportunities in collaboration with relevant teams.

SUMMARY OF THE ROLE

As Senior Sales Executive - Infrastructure, you will support the Infrastructure Customer Group Manager in promoting and selling Performance Coatings products to new/existing customers by developing strong customer relationships and utilizing Jotun sales tools and techniques to achieve budgeted sales, gross margin, Days Sales Outstanding (DSO), with the aim of increasing Jotun market share and profitability.

This position is based in Dubai and reports to the Customer Group Manager - Infrastructure.

Responsibilities

• Support the Infrastructure Customer Group Manager in achieving sales and profitability targets by managing assigned customer accounts and identifying growth opportunities.
• Develop and maintain customer account plans by understanding customer needs, prioritizing initiatives, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
