Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration or equivalent, with training/HRM qualification.
• 5–8 years of relevant experience in product/automotive training.
• Strong leadership, analytical, and planning skills.
• Knowledge of regional market.

Responsibilities

• Develop dealer standards policies and ensure compliance with ATM regulations.
• Coordinate internal stakeholders on dealer standards compliance throughout the year.
• Manage dealer standards programs and identify training needs.
• Monitor knowledge sharing and skills transfer to improve performance.
• Develop training plans and curricula for dealer sales teams.
• Liaise with HR and principals to deliver training at ATM.
• Produce reports on performance trends and training effectiveness.
