Job summary

Tanqeeb in Dubai is seeking an Associate Manager - DC Inventory to lead the inventory control function at the Distribution Centre. You will supervise daily activities including goods receiving, stock management, replenishment, order allocation, and shipment invoicing while ensuring accuracy and minimizing losses.

You will optimize WMS configurations, enforce FIFO/FEFO/LIFO, conduct cycle counts and stock audits, analyze performance, and coach the inventory team to drive efficiency and cost

Qualifications

• 6+ years of managerial experience in inventory or supply chain.
• Strong analytical skills and proficiency with WMS and advanced Excel.
• Experience with FIFO/FEFO/LIFO and cycle counts.
• Ability to lead and develop a warehouse inventory team.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily inventory operations including goods receiving, stock management, replenishment, order allocation, and shipment invoicing.
• Ensure inventory accuracy, minimize stock losses, and maintain high service levels across operations.
• Analyze inventory performance, stock aging, shortages, and losses; implement corrective actions.
• Coach and develop the inventory team and ensure compliance with policies and budgets.
