The role leads Inventory Control Assistants, coordinates scanning and bin assignments, monitors productivity, investigates discrepancies, and works with store and stockroom teams to ensure procedures and accuracy standards are followed.

Qualifications

• 2-4 years of experience in inventory control, stock management, warehouse operations, or retail operations.
• Experience supervising or leading a team is preferred.
• Experience using PDT devices, RF scanners, barcode scanning equipment, or inventory management systems is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Allocate bins, areas, and tasks to maintain efficient workflow.
• Monitor and execute daily scanning activities per plan.
• Ensure bins and inventory activities are completed within defined timelines.
• Track progress and address delays or incomplete activities.
• Lead and supervise Inventory Control Assistants during daily operations.
