Job summary

ADIB Group seeks a Data & Technical Support Officer (Outsource) in Abu Dhabi to ensure effective operation and governance of GPPD document management and retention systems, focusing on iServer and Munazzam. The role bridges IT and business users, supporting stability, reporting, and policy quality.

You will coordinate with IT teams, perform QC on published documents, and deliver MIS reports to management for governance oversight.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; minimum 5 years in a banking or financial institution preferred.
• Strong technical and functional expertise in document management systems.
• Solid understanding of document retention governance workflows and approval dependencies.
• Good knowledge of system interfaces, data integrity controls and reporting mechanisms.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and document formatting tools.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work under tight deadlines.
• Familiarity with banking terminology and document governance is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary GPPD SPOC for all system-related matters concerning iServer, Munazzam and document retention platforms.
• Coordinate with IT teams on system issues, incidents, enhancements and change requests.
• Conduct quality checks of published policies and procedures to ensure accuracy and consistency.
• Provide timely and accurate MIS reports to GPPD management to support governance oversight.
• Support the GPPD team with ad hoc document retrieval, audits and remediation requests.
• Support UAT and deployment of system enhancements in coordination with IT and business teams.
• Ensure smooth day-to-day system operations and minimal disruption to GPPD activities.
• Assist the Leader in developing and implementing P & P department strategy.
