Job summary

ADIB Group in Abu Dhabi seeks an IS Analyst - Data Security and Access Governance to support access reviews and data security governance within the Group Information Security Department. The role focuses on timely access reviews and strengthening the bank's security posture.

You will coordinate with HR and ICD, govern IAM and PAM workflows, assess exceptions, maintain data registers, develop DLP rules, and deliver KPI/KRI reporting on data security and access governance.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of IAM solutions and methodologies.
• Experience with privileged access management and DLP tools.
• Familiarity with security frameworks and best practices.
• Experience documenting policy exceptions and remediation actions.
• Ability to work independently with minimal guidance.
• Security certification(s) such as CISSP, CISM or ISO 27001.
• Bachelor’s degree in CS or Information Security;Masters preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform access reviews of business apps and infrastructure access.
• Enforce access governance policies across staff access.
• Conduct ad-hoc access reviews per risk escalations.
• Review application matrices for unauthorized or risky access.
• Coordinate with HR and ICD for remediation actions.
• Govern privileged access and IAM workflows.
• Assess exceptions to the access matrix and document risks.
• Govern IDAM and PAM workflows and policies.
• Support bank-wide data classification and DLP rule development.
• Maintain data registers and implement DLP rules.
• Create data flow maps from registers.
• Provide KPI/KRI reporting on data security and access governance.
• Participate in information security programs and projects.
• Assist with compliance assessments, audits, and remediation.
