Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
• 4+ years in a customer-facing role within cloud, cybersecurity, data security, or data privacy.
• Experience working with Windows operating systems.
• Strong knowledge of enterprise IT, cloud, and security technologies.
• Excellent customer service skills with the ability to quickly establish technical credibility and build strong customer relationships.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving abilities.
• Demonstrated commitment to customer success.
• Proven ability to collaborate effectively within a team-oriented environment.
• Commercially minded with an understanding of sales and account expansion opportunities.
• Ability to work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment.
• Strong interpersonal and relationship-management skills.
• Willingness and ability to travel up to 25%.

Responsibilities

• Help customers protect their data from insider threats, cyberattacks, and policy violations.
• Lead customer onboarding and provide ongoing technical guidance, support, and value.
• Drive customer success through proactive health checks, hands‑on product adoption, training, and the development and sharing of best practices.
• Prepare and deliver quarterly business reviews and security/risk assessments.
• Partner with Sales teams to identify and support appropriate upsell and expansion opportunities.
• Continuously develop expertise in new products, features, and technologies while understanding each customer's unique security environment.
• Partner with Account Managers and Sales Engineers to identify renewal risks and develop strategies to support successful renewals.
• Serve as a primary technical contact for customers while coordinating with internal Support and Engineering teams as needed.
• Advocate for customers internally by documenting feedback, requirements, and product‑related concerns and ensuring they are appropriately addressed.
• Engage with stakeholders across the customer organization, including Infrastructure, Cloud, Privacy & Compliance, Security, Incident Response, and executive leadership.
• Identify, investigate, manage, and remediate customer technical issues in a timely manner.
• Provide customers with clear recommendations, action plans, and follow‑up, engaging appropriate internal teams when required.
• Escalate customer issues to management when appropriate.
• Create and maintain knowledge base content to capture technical learnings and enable knowledge sharing across customers and internal teams.
