Job summary

Confidential is seeking a data management specialist in the UAE to manage item setup, coding logic, and ERP/WMS data entry in a fast-paced environment.

You will maintain EAN/UPC accuracy, ensure correct product images, keep price lists current, update statuses monthly, generate monthly performance reports, and contribute to process improvements and data governance.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of data management experience in UAE.
• Experience with item coding logic.
• Experience with WMS/ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, NetSuite) for data entry and reporting.
• Advanced Excel and Microsoft Office proficiency.
• Strong reporting and documentation skills.
• Experience in large-scale EAN/UPC code scanning environment.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Effective communication and teamwork in a fast-paced setting.

Key Responsibilities

• Register new items with all required details in the relevant systems.
• Maintain and ensure EAN and UPC codes for products are accurate and up to date.
• Monitor item/product pictures and ensure the correct pictures are available.
• Maintain and update product price lists.
• Update item statuses on a monthly basis.
• Ensure data compliance and maintain the required documentation.
• Suggest improvements to existing data management processes.
• Prepare and circulate monthly data performance reports.

Required Experience & Skills

• 2–3 years of experience in Data Management or a similar role in the UAE.
• Experience with item coding logic.
• Experience working with WMS/ERP systems, such as SAP, Oracle, NetSuite, or similar systems, for data entry and reporting.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Advanced Excel, for data analysis, reporting, and maintaining records.
• Strong reporting and documentation skills, with experience in generating data-related reports.
• Experience working in a large-scale EAN and UPC code scanning environment.
• Strong attention to detail and a high level of accuracy.
