Job summary

JAZP GENERAL TRADING LLC in Dubai is seeking an Inventory Coordinator to manage daily warehouse and inventory operations, ensure accuracy in stock movement, billing, and reporting.

The successful candidate will handle order picking, packing, stock audits, and data entry in Excel, with the ability to work in a flexible shift; Malayalam-speaking candidates are preferred. Joining is immediate, and you will collaborate with warehouse teams to maintain smooth daily operations and accurate records.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience in inventory, warehouse, or store operations.

Job Description

We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Inventory Coordinator to join our team in the UAE. The ideal candidate will be responsible for day-to-day warehouse and inventory operations, ensuring accuracy in stock movement, billing, and reporting.

Key Responsibilities

• Picking and packing of orders as per daily requirements
• Preparing bills and generating invoices accurately
• Conducting regular stock audits and maintaining stock control
• Monitoring inventory levels and reporting discrepancies
• Maintaining records using basic Excel (data entry, stock sheets, reports)
• Coordinating with warehouse/store team to ensure smooth daily operations

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of experience in inventory, warehouse, or store operations (Kerala or UAE experience preferred)
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel
• Ability to work in a flexible shift environment
• Good organizational and multitasking skills
• Malayalam-speaking candidates preferred

Salary: AED 2,000 – 2,500 (based on experience)

Joining: Immediate joiners preferred
