Confidential Company in Dubai is looking for a detail-oriented individual for a role in data entry and document control. This position requires maintaining production material and inventory data using ERP systems and managing documents related to joinery projects.

The ideal candidate will have a High School Diploma with at least 2 years of relevant experience and proficiency in Microsoft Office. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail are a must for success in this role.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience in data entry, administration, or document control.
• Experience in joinery, fit‑out, or manufacturing environments preferred.
• High level of accuracy in work.

• Enter and maintain project production material and inventory data.

Responsibilities

• Enter and maintain project production material and inventory data in ERP systems and spreadsheets
• Prepare and update production tracking reports, material logs and job status records
• Verify data accuracy and resolve discrepancies in coordination with relevant departments
• Maintain records of work orders, cutting lists, material requisitions and delivery documentation
• Support the production procurement and planning teams with timely data updates
• Organize and manage electronic and physical documents related to joinery projects
• Generate reports and summaries as required by management
• Monitor data quality and ensure all records are up to date
• Coordinate with workshop stores and project teams to obtain and update information
• Maintain confidentiality of company and project information

Qualifications

• High School Diploma, Diploma, or equivalent qualification
• Minimum 2 years of experience in data entry, administration, or document control, preferably in a joinery, fit‑out, or manufacturing environment
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Word
• Experience with ERP systems or inventory management software is an advantage
• Good typing speed with a high level of accuracy
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
