Job summary

RMK Industries LLC is seeking a detail-oriented Data Entry professional to support production, inventory, and administration in our Dubai manufacturing facility. The role involves entering, updating, and maintaining production and inventory data, generating daily to monthly Excel reports, and ensuring accuracy across ACP/CCL materials and related records.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of data entry experience.
• Experience in the manufacturing industry is an advantage.
• Knowledge of ACP (Aluminium Composite Panel) and CCL is an added advantage.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data entry, report preparation, tracking and record maintenance.
• Familiarity with Tally ERP or similar accounting/ERP software is preferred.
• Must be flexible and willing to work in a factory/field environment.
• Ability to coordinate with production, warehouse, and administration teams.
• Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and time-management skills.

Responsibilities

• Enter, update, and maintain accurate production, inventory, material, and operational data.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports using Microsoft Excel.
• Maintain and update records related to ACP and CCL materials, where applicable.
• Support production and warehouse teams with timely data entry and documentation.
• Verify data accuracy, identify discrepancies, and make necessary corrections.
• Assist with inventory records, stock movement, purchase records, and dispatch documentation.
• Perform data-entry-related tasks in the factory or field as required.
