Job summary

PureHealth in Abu Dhabi invites applications for a Learning and Development Specialist. The role focuses on executing end-to-end training programs, gathering and analyzing data, and reporting KPIs to senior management in a fast-paced healthcare environment.

You will maintain training trackers, contribute to content development, and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to assess development needs, while ensuring SOP compliance and cost-conscious delivery.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years’ experience in HR with a focus on Learning & Development.
• Hands-on experience with core Learning concepts and operations.
• Excels in operational execution and contribution towards strategic projects.
• Good data analytics and presentation skills.
• Stakeholder management and team player.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office tools and has some knowledge of other Learning tools and platforms.

Responsibilities

• Execute end-to-end training programs driven by the Corporate Learning team.
• Handle training-related tasks independently or with minimal supervision.
• Collect, analyse, and report pre, during, and post-training data.
• Design dashboards and prepare reports for senior management.
• Maintain training trackers and related information in databases.
• Collaborate on content development with team members.
• Engage with internal and external stakeholders to assess development needs.
• Ensure compliance with SOPs and policies.
• Sustain a cost-conscious mindset with focus on quality.
