Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
• Proven experience as a Construction Manager, preferably with Data Centre or large industrial projects.
• Strong knowledge of construction processes, building codes, and safety regulations.

Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee construction projects, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure smooth workflow
• Ensure compliance with building codes, safety standards, and other regulations
• Review and approve project designs, materials, and construction methods
• Monitor progress and make adjustments as necessary to ensure project success
