Qualifications

• 1 year of on-site IDC operations and maintenance experience
• Familiarity with server brands, network equipment, optical modules and fiber in data centers
• Strong diagnostic and problem-solving abilities
• Good communication and teamwork skills
• Local language + English or Local language + Chinese

Responsibilities

• Perform data center O&M tasks per SOPs and ensure SLA compliance
• Execute on-site operational tasks based on work orders
• Handle server faults and coordinate vendor repairs
• Maintain and troubleshoot network equipment and perform basic cabling
• Conduct routine IDC inspections and report issues to IT leads
