Job summary

Ideal candidates are UAE nationals with a valid family book, have hardware troubleshooting and networking experience, and hold a high school diploma or equivalent.

Qualifications

• Experience with computer hardware troubleshooting and repair.
• Experience in computer networking.

Responsibilities

• Perform a variety of DCO procedures including break-and-fix repairs and server decommissions.
• Troubleshoot hardware issues using SOPs and documentation; escalate when needed.
• Communicate via tickets and task tracking; participate in team meetings.
• Deliver work that improves ticket resolution, throughput, and safety compliance.
• Adhere to data center safety protocols and ensure site compliance.
