Job summary

Decision Management Consultants LLC seeks a Data Analyst to support data entry, management, and reporting for a globally recognized e-commerce client. You will handle data across systems, maintain dashboards, and drive data-driven decisions through clear visualizations.

You will leverage Excel/Google Sheets, QuickSight, SharePoint, and iCIMS to manage enrollments and reporting while ensuring accuracy and efficiency in fast-paced, technology-driven operations.

Qualifications

• Degree or diploma in Business Administration, Data Science, Human Resources, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Proven experience in data entry, data management, and reporting.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and/or Google Sheets.
• Experience managing program enrollments, scheduling, or event coordination.
• Strong analytical and critical-thinking skills with excellent attention to detail.
• Excellent organizational and multi-priority management skills.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Accurately input, maintain, and update data across multiple systems and platforms including QuickSight dashboards, SharePoint, and Excel trackers.
• Own and maintain compliance data reporting including Page 0 regional data and GOLD Mine dashboard metrics.
• Conduct regular data audits to identify and resolve discrepancies between systems.
• Analyze datasets to identify trends, patterns, and actionable insights for stakeholders.
• Prepare clear reports, dashboards, and visualizations and define and monitor KPIs aligned with team objectives.
• Support evidence-based decision-making through timely and accurate reporting.
• Manage end-to-end participant enrollment and tracking for leadership development programs such as SLII, LEW, AD1, and Accelerate using systems such as iCIMS.
• Effectively utilize and manage data tools and platforms including Excel, SharePoint, QuickSight, iCIMS, or equivalent systems.
• Support the development and optimization of data workflows and operational processes.

• Experience with process automation or workflow optimization using tools such as VBA Python or SQL
• Prior experience in corporate Learning & Development (L&D) HR or operations environment
• Familiarity with SharePoint and cloud-based collaboration tools
