Job summary

Remote DXB is seeking an experienced BI analytics lead to own analytics for Wealth/Earn and Trading Tools, shaping product performance, user growth, engagement, and revenue across the platform.

You will analyze the full user lifecycle, build segmentation models, and collaborate with Product, Operations, Marketing, Finance, and Data Engineering to drive data-driven growth strategies and optimization initiatives.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in BI, data analytics, product analytics, or a related analytical role.
• Experience in fintech, financial services, trading platforms, wealth management, brokerage, or digital assets.
• Strong proficiency in SQL and at least one analytics programming language such as Python or R.
• Hands-on experience with BI and visualization tools such as Tableau, Looker, or Power BI.
• Strong understanding of product and user lifecycle analytics, including funnel analysis, activation, retention, churn, cohort analysis, segmentation, and LTV.
• Ability to analyze complex financial or trading products and translate product mechanics into measurable KPIs.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• High attention to detail with a strong commitment to data quality and analytical accuracy.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
• Comfortable collaborating with stakeholders across different regions and time zones.

Responsibilities

• Own BI analytics for Wealth/Earn and Trading Tools product lines, tracking key metrics.
• Analyze user lifecycle and product funnel across acquisition, activation, adoption, retention, churn, and cross-product conversion.
• Conduct deep-dive analyses on Wealth/Earn products including subscription flows, AUM growth, yield trends, and profitability.
• Analyze Trading Tools adoption and usage of features like Trading Bots, Grid/DCA, Copy Trading, and automation.
• Build user segmentation and behavioral models to identify high-value users and churn risks.
• Evaluate cross-product user journeys between Wealth/Earn, Spot, Derivatives, and Trading Tools.
• Build and maintain dashboards, automated reports, and monitoring frameworks for KPIs.
• Support launches, campaigns, feature iterations, and A/B tests with pre-launch sizing and post-launch impact analysis.
• Develop and maintain scalable data models, metric frameworks, and ETL pipelines.
• Monitor data quality and investigate metric discrepancies.
• Partner with Product, Operations, Marketing, Finance, and Data Engineering to translate findings into actions.
• Provide data-driven recommendations on product growth, monetization, asset retention, and trading engagement.
