Job summary

Salt is seeking a Senior Data Analyst to design and execute analyses across multiple data sources, developing dashboards and reports that provide actionable business insights.

The role involves interpreting complex data using AI, machine learning, and statistical tools to uncover patterns and problems, and identifying trends to support decision-making for stakeholders with KPI frameworks and predictive modeling.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of progressive experience in data, analytics, or business intelligence roles.
• At least 2 years in leadership positions managing data teams and projects.
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information systems, or a related field.

Knowledge of programming languages such as R, Python, SQL, and have strong database design and coding skills Strong understanding of data architecture & data modeling
