Job summary

MAIR Group is seeking an experienced Senior Manager - D365 Retail Technology to lead the technology landscape supporting grocery store operations. The role involves hands-on configuration, integrations, troubleshooting, and solution design within Microsoft Dynamics 365 Commerce.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in business, Retail Management, IT, or related field.
• 10-15+ years of experience in retail operations and/or retail technology.
• Strong experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Commerce or similar platforms.
• Served as Solution Architect for Retail Tech with D365 modules and integrations.
• Experience with Azure integration technologies, APIs, middleware, and cloud services.
• Solid understanding of SQL/database concepts and troubleshooting.
• Experience in application monitoring, performance optimization, and production support.
• Knowledge of DevOps, CI/CD, source control, and release management.
• Proven leadership and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience in large-scale retail transformations.

Responsibilities

• Own and manage D365 Commerce/Retail modules across grocery store operations.
• Provide hands-on technical leadership for D365 Commerce modules, POS, Store Commerce, pricing, promotions, inventory, and product management.
• Serve as Solution Architect, define solutions, and lead changes and troubleshooting across D365 Retail.
• Translate business requirements into scalable D365 technical solutions.
• Drive performance, stability, security, and availability of retail applications.
