Job summary

Ithara.ae is seeking a Customer Happiness Representative to join our Dubai-based team on a part-time basis. You will be the face and voice of our mission, assisting customers via phone, email, and WhatsApp, and helping them redeem vouchers and book experiences.

Based in Dubai or Sharjah on your own visa, you’ll enjoy flexible shifts, with potential to grow to full-time over 6–12 months, and a chance to earn additional shifts in December.

Customer Happiness Representative
(Part-time)

This job is part time 2 Days/Week with a potential to grow to full time in the next 6-12 months

Candidates must be based in Dubai or Sharjah on their own visa. Remote (combination of work from home and office visits)

What you'll be doing:

Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and WhatsApp—make sure every question is answered and every issue resolved quickly and kindly.

Help customers with purchasing, redeeming, and exchanging vouchers.

Sell experiences and ask for feedback to help us improve.

Coordinate with our partners to check availability, book experiences, and confirm details.

Handle physical gift orders and coordinate courier deliveries.

Requirements:

Based in Dubai (must, candidates based elsewhere, including other emirates won't be considered).

Has own residence visa and available for part-time work.

Proven experience in customer service.

Comfortable using tools like ChatGPT.

Eager to learn and grow.
