Job summary

Ithara.ae is seeking a Customer Happiness Representative to join our Dubai-based team on a part-time basis. You will be the face and voice of our mission, assisting customers via phone, email, and WhatsApp, and helping them redeem vouchers and book experiences.

Based in Dubai or Sharjah on your own visa, you’ll enjoy flexible shifts, with potential to grow to full-time over 6–12 months, and a chance to earn additional shifts in December.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proven customer service experience.
• Ability to resolve issues quickly and calmly.
• Comfortable using AI tools like ChatGPT.
• Attention to detail and proactive mindset.

Responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and WhatsApp and resolve issues promptly.
• Assist customers with purchasing, redeeming, and exchanging vouchers.
• Sell experiences and solicit feedback to improve offerings.
• Coordinate with partners to check availability and bookings.
• Handle physical gift orders and coordinate courier deliveries.
