Job summary

Carrot is seeking a Customer Success associate in Dubai to handle inquiries and resolve questions for Small Business and partnerships, and to execute day-to-day tasks via email and ticketing systems.

You will manage daily employer eligibility files, support launches and renewals, and provide administrative and analytical support for reporting and data requests, with a strong eye for detail and clear, empathetic communication.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree is required.
• At least 1 year of experience in customer success, customer support, or project management.
• Experience in a high-growth, technological environment.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow detailed processes.
• Clear, empathetic communication skills.
• Comfort with technology and ability to learn new systems quickly.
