Job summary

Frontline Performance Group is seeking a Customer Success Associate in Dubai to support the Customer Success Consultants with admin tasks and direct client coverage. You will uphold the value of the IN-Gauge platform, acting as the voice of the CSA and driving adoption and net retention across client journeys.

You will liaise between client data tickets, data team, and CSC, communicating missing data and ensuring customer training and certification progress.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Experience in B2B customer support.
• Technologically proficient.
• Excellent listening and questioning skills.
• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to communicate with both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Independent and self-motivated.
• Problem solver with critical thinking and decision-making abilities.
• Flexible to the needs of the business.
• Ability to work effectively with others across the organization.
• Previous work experience in a SaaS environment.
• Fluent in English & East European Language.
• Based in Dubai.

Responsibilities

• Support Customer Success Consultants with administrative tasks and direct client coverage.
• Uphold value of the FPG product and services for the client journey.
• Act as liaison between IN-Gauge data ticketing and the customer; support client calls.
• Assist both bottom-performing and top-performing properties as required.
• Contribute to client relationships and overall client experience.
• Possibly manage an individual portfolio and travel up to 20% if needed.
• Support onboarding, training, and certifications through client journeys.
