Job summary

Rashed Al Rashed & Sons Group in Dubai seeks a Sales Assistant to support the sales team with orders, records, and daily activities. You will process orders, assist customers, and coordinate with production and logistics to ensure timely deliveries.

The role requires 1–2 years in sales support or FMCG experience, and the ability to work under pressure while maintaining accurate records and proactive communication with customers.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of experience in Sales Assistant or similar role.
• Experience in FMCG or food production preferred.
• Basic knowledge of sales and customer service.
• UAE experience is an advantage.
• Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Sales Team in daily sales activities.
• Receive and process customer orders.
• Prepare sales orders, invoices, and delivery documents.
• Enter customer and sales information correctly in the system.
• Follow up with customers regarding orders and deliveries.
• Coordinate with Production, Warehouse, and Delivery teams.
• Check product availability before confirming customer orders.
• Inform customers about new products, offers, and promotions.
• Maintain good relationships with customers.
• Handle customer inquiries and complaints and report them to the Sales Supervisor.
• Prepare daily and weekly sales reports.
• Maintain proper sales records and documents.
• Follow up on pending orders and payments when required.
• Support the sales team in achieving sales targets.
• Maintain updated customer information and contact details.
• Follow company food safety, hygiene, and company policies.
• Perform other duties assigned by the Sales Supervisor or Manager.
