• Prepare export and import customs documentation in line with applicable regulations.
• Coordinate daily schedules with operations and share transport requirements on time.
• Track shipments until they reach their destination.
• Escalate complaints and service-related issues promptly.
• Respond to customer requests and ensure timely resolution.
• Maintain accurate and organized records for required information.
• Communicate clearly with internal teams and stakeholders.
