POSITION OVERVIEW

Hire Via Global is looking for Customer Service Executives to join its team in Dubai The successful candidates will be responsible for delivering excellent customer service handling inbound enquiries conducting outbound calls following up with prospective customers and supporting customer acquisition activities Depending on the candidate s communication skills previous experience and performance the role may also involve back-office operations The position requires maintaining accurate customer records managing data preparing reports and ensuring timely follow-up on leads and customer enquiries

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Make outbound calls to prospective customers using the assigned database
• Handle inbound enquiries and provide accurate information to customers
• Respond to customer enquiries through WhatsApp phone calls and other messaging platforms
• Follow up with prospective leads and convert enquiries into customers
• Maintain accurate and updated customer records and databases
• Contact existing and prospective customers for customer support new business opportunities references and referrals
• Maintain proper records of calls enquiries follow-ups and customer interactions
• Update customer information and activities in the relevant systems or databases
• Prepare daily and weekly reports as required by the Team Leader
• Follow up consistently on pending leads and customer requirements
• Coordinate with the Team Leader and internal teams to ensure timely completion of assigned tasks
• Maintain a professional and positive approach while interacting with customers
• Achieve assigned calling follow-up customer service and business development targets
• Be flexible to work day night or rotational shifts depending on business requirements

QUALIFICATIONS amp EXPERIENCE

• Minimum 1 year of experience in Customer Service Telecalling Outbound Calling BPO Customer Support or a related role
• Candidates with BPO or telecalling experience are encouraged to apply
• Hands-on experience with MS Excel and basic data management
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Previous experience handling customer enquiries and follow-ups is preferred
• Ability to work with targets and complete assigned tasks within deadlines
• Candidates must have a valid passport ready

REQUIRED SKILLS

• Excellent Hindi and English communication skills are mandatory
• Knowledge of additional Indian languages will be an advantage
• Strong customer service and interpersonal skills
