Overview

Recruitment and Training Specialist @ Pharmatrade | Technical Recruiting

Interact with our customers and provide basic or scripted information in response to routine inquiries about products and services. May handle and resolve general complaints.

Responsibilities
  • Receive purchase requests from tender coordinator, Sales and marketing teams.
  • Check stock position, price, quantity, code as per customer purchase order.
  • Consolidate all requests per source, principle and currency wise.
  • Generate purchase orders into system and take print out.
  • Obtain approval of purchase orders from Division Manager.
  • Obtain approval from Finance and Admin Director.
  • Send purchase orders to principals by fax, email, courier. For Johnson & Johnson, send purchase orders into Excel sheet.
  • Receive order confirmations from other companies within 24 hours.
  • Check order confirmations for any discrepancy.
  • Update the due date of the orders to assist
  • Forward purchase orders and order confirmations to Procurement in a timely manner.
  • Follow up for delivery if needed
  • Receive phone calls from customers for order status.
  • Provide order status to customers by taking information from relevant persons.
  • Coordinate for organizing the conferences.
  • Arrangement of stationery and groceries for the division.
  • Preparing various reports required by the management.
  • Assisting product specialist as and when required.
Qualifications
