Job summary

Alabbar Enterprises & ANOTHER in Dubai is seeking a Customer Service Associate to deliver high standards of customer service, assist guests, and support merchandise presentation. You will greet customers, handle cash transactions, stock shelves, and ensure brand guidelines are followed.

The role requires 1-2 years in chocolate/food retail, fluency in English, and a high school diploma or equivalent. You will maintain shop cleanliness, follow FIFO, and contribute to a positive team environment

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 1-2 years in Chocolate, Food Retail or Food & Beverage.
• Fluency in English.

Responsibilities

• Provide high standards of customer service and greeting customers.
• Operate the POS machine accurately and handle cash courteously.
• Stock shelves, maintain visual merchandising and brand guidance.
• Maintain shop floor cleanliness and FIFO stock rotation.
• Assist with back-of-house duties and stock checks as needed.
