Job summary

Minimalist.ae is seeking a Customer Service Agent/Representative to be the face of the brand, handling queries and resolving issues professionally and promptly.

You will manage complaints, assist with orders and inquiries across social channels, WhatsApp, and Monday.com, and contribute to a fast-growing eCommerce team in Dubai.

Qualifications

• 1–2+ years of experience in Sales, Marketing, or Customer Representation.
• Excellent communication in Khaleeji Arabic and English.
• Experience with Social Media, WhatsApp, Monday.com and customer ticketing tools.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage complaints: receive, resolve or escalate to relevant department.
• Provide customer care: answer queries, update on shipments, follow up.
• Call abandoned cart customers to understand reluctance and drive purchases.
• Handle inbound sales and complete purchases where possible.
• Represent Minimalist with professional communication across channels.

The Role

The Customer Service Agent/Representative functions as the ‘face’ of Minimalist to customers and ensures that customer queries and concerns are solved in a professional and timely manner.

Responsibilities

• Complaint management (receive complaints through phone or in writing, resolve complaints where possible, otherwise elevate complaints to relevant department and/or management).




• Customer care (Answering queries and questions of customers, following up on shipments, updating customers accordingly).




• Abandoned cart sales (Calling customers who have not completed their purchase, enquiring about possible reasons, convincing customers to purchase).




• Inbound sales (Calling customers who have started but not completed their purchase, enquirin g about possible reasons, finalizing purchase).




• At least 1, ideally 2+ years of experience in Sales, Marketing, or Customer Representation, ideally in a startup or eCommerce company.




• Experience with Social Media, WhatsApp, Monday.com and other relevant communication and customer ticketing tools.




• Ideally a Bachelor’s degree.




• Outstanding communication skills (verbal & written) in Khaleeji Arabic.




• Outstanding communication skills (verbal & written) in English.
