Job summary

MINIMALIST in Dubai is seeking a Creative Graphic Designer to drive visual identity across platforms. You will concept, design, and finalize collaterals that align with the brand while collaborating with the team to ensure cohesive visuals.

Ideal candidates have 2–4 years in graphic design, strong Adobe Suite skills, and a passion for aesthetics and branding. The role includes growth opportunities within an expanding luxury-focused brand.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2–4 years of experience in graphic design for digital collaterals.
• Proficient with the Adobe Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign).
• Strong sense of aesthetics, color theory, and brand-consistent visuals.
• Diploma in graphic design or closely related field preferred.
• Excellent English communication; Arabic skills are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Plan and conceptualize collaterals and brand.
• Support marketing and branding strategies with compelling visuals.
• Design, modify, and finalize digital and offline materials (social graphics, brochures, presentations, packaging, event materials).
• Maintain a cataloged system of designs and revisions.
• Provide input on branding and visual best practices across channels.

With four stores now open in the UAE, we focus on simple yet sophisticated designs, with specifically our Arabic numeral watches being known for their timeless appeal. Minimalist believes in simplicity and use only the finest materials to produce beautiful and durable items, combining elegant design with excellent quality.

The Role:

As Creative Graphic Designer, you will play a key role in driving our visual identity across all platforms while collaborating closely with the internal team to conceptualize, design collaterals and materials that adhere to Minimalist’s branding while being visually appealing.

Responsibilities:

• Plan and conceptualize collaterals and brand.
• Support our marketing and branding strategies, ensuring consistent and impactful visual communication.
• Design, modify, and finalize a variety of digital and offline collaterals, including (but not limited to) social media graphics, brochures, presentations, packaging, and event materials.
• Maintain a cataloged system of finalized designs and relevant revisions and iterations.
• Provide creative input and expert advice on branding, design best practices, and visual consistency across all channels.

Requirements:

As an ideal candidate, you will have:

• At least 2, preferably 4 years of experience in Graphic Design of digital collaterals
• Extensive experience with the Adobe Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, etc.)
• Familiarity with concepts surrounding aesthetics, color theory, and related research
• Ideally a diploma in graphic design, fine arts, or a related field
• Outstanding communication skills in English (verbal & written). Communication skills in Arabic are a considerable advantage.
