Minimalist.ae is seeking a customer-focused professional in Dubai to manage complaints by phone or written channels, resolve issues, and assist customers with queries and shipments. The role supports inbound sales to close incomplete purchases and requires strong language skills in Khaleeji Arabic and English.

Qualifications

• Conduct abandoned cart sales via phone calls.

• Complaint management through phone or writing

Requirements
