Job summary

RH Aero Systems in Dubai seeks a Customer Relations & Order Management specialist to manage customer relationships and coordinate end-to-end order processing, from quotation preparation to invoicing. You will act as the key liaison between customers and internal departments (Sales, Engineering, Logistics, Order Management) to ensure accurate communication, timely fulfilment and high customer satisfaction.

• Bachelor’s degree in business or related discipline.
• Industry experience in industrial/manufacturing environment preferred.
• Proficiency in Excel; ERP experience an advantage.
• Strong CRM and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage and develop existing customer relationships to enhance satisfaction.
• Serve as primary contact across Sales, Engineering, Logistics, and Order Management.
• Prepare quotations, sales orders, and commercial proposals.
• Coordinate orders and projects with internal teams.
• Update customers on status, schedules, and updates.
• Maintain accurate customer records and documentation.
