Job summary

CEVA Logistics in Dubai is seeking a Customer Service Team Leader to oversee a team of agents, coordinate with Pricing and Sales, and manage major accounts in a fast-paced freight-forwarding environment.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in Logistics and 3–4 years in logistics and warehouse management, with strong leadership, negotiation, and communication skills to drive service excellence in the UAE market.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Logistics or relevant field.
• 3–4 years’ experience in logistics and warehouse management in freight-forwarding.
• Knowledge of import/export laws and UAE customs regulations.

Responsibilities

• Supervise the team of Customer Service agents and provide coaching.
• Validate Customer Profiles in coordination with Pricing and Sales.
• Ensure correct implementation of new traffics.
• Handle logistics requirements of major accounts and negotiate pricing with suppliers and carriers.
• Resolve conflicts and provide proactive solutions to maintain service quality.
• Lead inter-departmental escalations to improve customer retention.
• Train new hires on processes and company policies.
• Conduct regular departmental and team meetings to align on priorities and updates.
