Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Cashier, preferably in a cafeteria, restaurant, or food-service environment.
• Good knowledge of POS systems and cash-handling procedures.
• Strong communication and customer-service skills.
• Friendly, polite, and professional attitude.
• Ability to work accurately and efficiently in a busy environment.
• Basic English communication skills; knowledge of Arabic or Hindi/Urdu is an advantage.
• Honest, reliable, punctual, and responsible.
• Able to work flexible hours and as part of a team.
• Candidates currently available in Al Ain are preferred.

Responsibilities

• Handle cash card and POS system transactions accurately
• Greet customers in a friendly and professional manner
• Take customer orders and ensure they are entered correctly
• Process payments and provide accurate change and receipts
• Maintain a clean organized and well-stocked cashier station
• Assist customers with basic inquiries and provide good customer service
• Check and maintain accurate cash balance at the beginning and end of each shift
• Coordinate with kitchen staff to ensure orders are processed smoothly
• Follow cafeteria hygiene safety and company procedures
