Responsibilities

• Welcome customers professionally and provide friendly assistance during payment transactions.
• Process payments through cash, credit cards, debit cards, vouchers, and electronic payment systems.
• Count and verify cash balances in registers at the beginning and end of shifts.
• Record financial transactions accurately and prepare daily cashier reports.
• Perform currency exchange transactions when required according to company procedures.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and secure cashier workstation.
• Respond to customer questions and resolve payment related concerns professionally.
• Follow company policies for refunds, cancellations, void transactions, and exchanges.
• Ensure full compliance with financial controls, cash handling procedures, and security guidelines.
• Coordinate with supervisors and operational staff to ensure smooth daily retail operations.
