Qualifications

• Friendly, patient, and able to upsell and promote specials.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner.
• Process customer orders accurately and input into the system.
• Handle cash, credit/debit payments and provide correct change.
• Answer customer questions about menu, promotions, and services and offer recommendations.
• Promote cafe specials, new items and loyalty programs to customers.
• Maintain a clean, organized cashier area during the shift.
• Coordinate with kitchen and gaming staff to ensure smooth operations.
• Track stock levels for cashier-related items and notify management when replenishment is needed.
