Job summary

Alaan is seeking a Customer Success professional in Dubai to be the first point of contact for user inquiries via WhatsApp, email, and phone. The role focuses on understanding customer needs and proposing practical solutions to meet unique business requirements.

You will proactively follow up on issues, suggest product and expense-process improvements, and work cross-functionally with Design and Engineering to enhance the product experience. Fluency in Arabic and English is required.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in similar roles at prominent startups or scale-ups.
• Fluency in Arabic and English, written and spoken.
• Background in Fintech or B2B SaaS preferred.
• Ability to own problems end-to-end and drive resolution.

Responsibilities

Requirements

• Strong fluency in both Arabic and English (written and oral)
• Background in Fintech or B2B SaaS preferred
• Ability to own problems end-to-end and identify logical next steps for resolution
• Highly organized and meticulous attention to detail
• Proven ability to work both independently and as a productive team member
