Job summary

AimGulf, a Dubai-based family-owned conglomerate, is hiring a Customer Interaction Center Representative for an on-site role. You will welcome customers, answer calls, provide information and book services while coordinating with service staff.

Requirements include 1–2 years of relevant experience and a high school certificate. A multicultural environment experience and a neat appearance are valued.

Qualifications

• Customer service skills or certification is an advantage.
• Experience in multicultural environments is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Be part of telemarketing activities during campaigns.
• Handle present customers or calls with information, bookings and guidance.
• Welcome service customers, seat them and keep them comfortable until attended by the Service Advisor.
• Direct customers to the relevant advisor.
• Call customers to obtain feedback on visits to ATM.
• Minimize waiting time and improve customer satisfaction.
• Assist reception with courtesy vehicles and cleanliness standards.
