Job summary

Responsibilities

• Maintain a high standard of customer service at the site.
• Greet and welcome customers.
• Guide and clarify queries as per customers' requests.
• Proceed with transactions as per RTA guidelines.
• Divert customers to VIP Service section to generate revenue.
• Issue tokens for the queue management system.
• Maintain RTA KPI for processed transactions; aim for waiting times under 10 minutes for 80% of customers.
• Avoid customer complaints.
