Job summary

Al Tayer Group is seeking a Customer Interaction Center Representative (UAE National) to warmly welcome customers, answer calls efficiently, and coordinate service support. The role focuses on delivering courteous information, guiding customers to the right personnel, and maintaining a positive corporate image at the reception area.

The ideal candidate has a High School certificate with 1-2 years of relevant experience, strong communication, and the ability to work in a multicultural environment.

Qualifications

• High school certificate is required.
• 1-2 years of relevant experience preferred.
• Customer service skills/certification is an advantage.
• Exposure to multicultural environment is desirable.
• Well groomed with pleasant personality and good presentation.
• Excellent communication skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Be part of Telemarketing activities during campaigns.
• Provide efficient and courteous handling of present customers over the phone, provide information, service booking and guidance.
• Give a courteous welcome to service customers by seating them and keeping them comfortable until attended to by the Service Advisor.
• Direct the customer to the relevant advisor who will attend to them.
• Call customers to gather feedback on their visits to ATM.
• Arrange for the customer to be attended to quickly to reduce waiting time and improve satisfaction.
• Support the reception in managing courtesy vehicles.
• Ensure cleanliness and hygiene in the reception area and uphold housekeeping standards to reflect a proper corporate image.
