• Direct customers to the relevant advisor.
• Call customers to get follow-up feedback on visits to ATM.
• Contribute to reducing waiting time and enhancing customer satisfaction.
• Assist reception with courtesy vehicles management.
• Ensure reception cleanliness and uphold hygiene to maintain corporate image.
