Job summary

Driven Properties is seeking a Customer Experience Associate to be the first point of contact for clients across phone, WhatsApp, email and other digital channels in our Dubai-based team. You will qualify inquiries, route them to the sales, leasing or support teams, and update CRM records to ensure accurate client information while upholding Driven’s premium service standards.

• Experience in a Customer Experience, Customer Service, Contact Centre, or Call Centre environment.
• Experience handling both phone and digital channels (WhatsApp, email, live chat, etc.).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong problem-solving abilities with a customer-first mindset.
• Comfortable using CRM systems and Microsoft Office.
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
• Experience within the real estate industry is an advantage but not essential.

We are looking for a professional and customer-focused Customer Experience Associate to join our Customer Experience team.

As the first point of contact for our clients, you will manage inbound customer enquiries across phone, WhatsApp, email, and other digital channels, ensuring every interaction reflects the premium service standards of Driven Properties.

You will work closely with our brokerage and operations teams to ensure enquiries are handled efficiently and clients receive a seamless experience from their first interaction.
