The role requires a proven UAE sales track record, excellent communication, and the ability to close deals independently, supported by market-leading marketing and a passionate team.

Qualifications

• Fluency in English; Arabic a plus.

Role Overview

As a Senior Property Consultant, you will leverage your industry expertise and established network to drive business growth, manage high-value client relationships, and deliver exceptional results across Dubai's dynamic real estate market. You will play a key role in representing the Driven brand while mentoring less experienced consultants and contributing to the continued success of your team.

Requirements

• Proven track record in real estate sales, with a minimum of 2 years' experience in the UAE real estate market
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong negotiation and closing abilities, with a client-focused approach
• In-depth knowledge of the Dubai real estate market, particularly the secondary market
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, CRM systems, and social media platforms
• Real estate certification or relevant industry qualifications are advantageous
• Fluency in English is required; additional languages, including Arabic, are a plus
• A valid UAE driver's license and access to a vehicle are preferred
• Self-motivated, target-driven, and capable of generating business independently
