Qualifications

• 10+ years in cross-channel marketing and CRM.
• Proven leadership with multi-channel campaigns.
• Strong ROI and performance governance experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end marketing planning across channels.
• Define campaigns, budgets and KPIs.
• Drive CRM programs and data-driven growth.
• Manage agencies and vendors for cost-effective execution.
• Develop team capabilities and succession plans.
