Job summary

Al Rostamani Group seeks a seasoned Chief Marketing Leader to drive end-to-end marketing strategy across all business units and channels. You will own annual planning, ensure brand governance, and lead CRM and digital growth to improve engagement, lead conversion and retention.

You will bridge Sales, Marketing and Operations, provide leadership continuity, oversee ROI governance, and develop team capability within a succession plan. Strong analytics and stakeholder management are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or related field required.
• 10+ years in cross-channel marketing, digital marketing, CRM or marketing operations with leadership experience.
• Strong ROI focus, budget management, and agency/vendor management.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end marketing planning across all categories, brands and channels with KPIs and timelines.
• Oversee cross-channel campaigns, brand governance, and communications to ensure consistent messaging.
