Job summary

Confidental Company seeks a Business Excellence professional to drive process optimization and governance of standard operating procedures across the organization. The role supports the PMO in monitoring strategic initiatives, project governance, and reporting to enable continuous improvement.

The candidate will analyze processes, propose standardized end-to-end workflows, and coordinate with stakeholders to ensure SOPs reflect approved processes and governance requirements while fostering

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or equivalent required.
• Master’s degree in Business Administration or equivalent preferred.
• Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in Business Excellence and Process Improvement.
• At least 3 years in positions with any of big 4 companies / projects.
• Fluent written and spoken English essential, Arabic preferred.

Responsibilities

• Analyze and improve business processes to enhance operational efficiency and service quality.
• Propose end-to-end processes to standardize operations and align with objectives.
• Draft and review SOPs to ensure consistency and governance across departments.
• Coordinate with stakeholders to reflect approved processes and standards in SOPs.
• Monitor PMO activities, track progress, and consolidate project information for governance.
• Develop workforce plans based on workload analysis and forecast trends.
• Set annual performance goals with management and monitor achievement.
