Job summary

Al Tayer Group in the UAE is seeking a customer-focused receptionist to welcome visitors, answer calls and provide support to ensure smooth service flow.

You will handle bookings, guide customers to the right advisor, assist with service area hygiene and maintain a courteous, professional image.

Requirements: high school certificate, 1–2 years of relevant experience, strong communication and the ability to work in a multicultural environment.

Qualifications

• High school certificate required.
• 1-2 years relevant experience.
• Customer service skills certification is an advantage.
• Exposure to multicultural environment and good communication are important.

Responsibilities

• Be part of telemarketing activities during campaigns.
• Handle present customers by phone, provide information, bookings and guidance.
• Welcome service customers, seat them and keep them comfortable until attended by the Service Advisor.
• Direct customers to the relevant advisor.
• Call customers to obtain follow-up feedback on their visits to ATM.
• Arrange for quick service to reduce waiting time and enhance satisfaction.
• Support the reception in managing courtesy vehicles.
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the reception area and uphold corporate image.
