Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of relevant experience or Customer Care Experience.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills across multiple channels.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and CRM/ticketing systems.
• Strong organizational, problem-solving and multitasking abilities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Handle customer inquiries, requests and complaints accurately and efficiently through various channels.
• Deliver exceptional customer service by meeting expectations and resolving issues within SLAs.
• Promote and maintain a positive customer experience in every interaction.
• Communicate concerns and feedback to the Contact Center Supervisor/Manager.
• Support achievement of ecommerce sales targets by promoting products and services.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely issue resolution.
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to continuous improvement in the Contact Center.
• Foster teamwork and professionalism while supporting colleagues and business objectives.
