Job summary

Park Hyatt Abu Dhabi is seeking a Chef de Partie to supervise a specific kitchen station, ensuring high quality output and seamless guest service in a luxury hotel setting.

The role requires prior Chef de Partie or Demi Chef de Partie experience, strong hygiene knowledge, and a genuine ability to work with Arabic cuisine; Arabic language skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Prior experience as a Chef de Partie or Demi Chef de Partie in a hotel or large restaurant with good standards.
• Qualification in Kitchen Production or Management will be an advantage.
• Comprehensive knowledge of kitchen hygiene practices and occupational health and safety standards will be essential.
• Arabic Speaker & Hands on with Arabic Cuisine is a must
