Job summary

Leadex Systems is seeking a Chief Technology Officer to own the technical direction, architecture, and leadership of a distributed delivery team. You will shape solutions, defend designs to client architecture boards, and drive growth of the engineering organization.

You will report to the founder and CEO, sit on the leadership team, and steer architecture, presales, and platform strategy as we expand in the Middle East, Europe, and beyond.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in software engineering with a Java background and integration work (ESBs, middleware, API platforms).
• Led two large, multi-year, multi-system programs with architectural responsibility from discovery to production.
• Real exposure to banking/financial services business, regulatory and audit constraints.

Responsibilities

• Own solution architecture on flagship engagements and review critical decisions.
• Enforce engineering standards and API/integration patterns across the practice.
• Lead technical presales, solution design and architecture sections of RFPs.
• Build and mentor the technical organization and guide future capability investments.
• Define direction beyond MuleSoft and Salesforce, including partnerships and certifications.
